Easy registration
Fill out with us a simple questionnaire and find out your purchasing power. This is the estimated value of the property we can buy for you. Registration is quick and completely non-binding.
Documents and approval
In the customer portal "My Ownest" you will find a list of documents we need from you. Based on these, we will determine your exact budget for purchasing an apartment. You will also receive draft contracts from us, which we will calmly review together. Then we can start shopping.
Choosing an apartment from the whole market
Once we agree that the housing you have chosen is the right one, we will send an offer to the seller and buy the property for you – in cash and quickly. We take care of everything – we will accompany you on viewings, arrange the apartment valuation, and handle all necessary paperwork.
Moving into your own
A new chapter in your life opens, you can finally move into your own place. From now on, you can hang a picture on the wall, drill a shelf, or paint rooms as you wish. And your four-legged pets are of course welcome!
Preparing for a mortgage
During the program, you live in the apartment and pay rent. Meanwhile, you save on your own for a mortgage, or prepare your old home for sale so you can buy the property. Ownest guarantees that you can stay in the rental for the entire duration of the program. With us, you don't have to move unexpectedly.
Buying the property
When you're ready for a mortgage, you can buy the apartment from us at a pre-set price. We will of course help you negotiate with the bank. And if your plans change, you can leave with the savings you've set aside in your own bank.
